The home has 5 large bedrooms each with private full bath (6.5 bathrooms total) to comfortably sleep up to 12. Enjoy room to spread out in the open floorplan with large main living area with gas fireplace and 65" TV with Cable, Large Dining Room with seating for 10, and kitchen with all the modern amenities. A second large living area (400 SF with sectional and Aero beds and 60"TV) on the 3rd floor makes a great hangout for kids or use as a temporary office complete with built in desks. This is one of our favorite properties we’ve rented over the years, our family labeled it the “Treehouse” because it is nestled in a forest of Aspen with large windows throughout. Nice views of Gothic to the north, this home is nicely hidden and private with each of 5 bedrooms having a private bath

We had a great stay and it was an easy check-in/check-out communication process. The house has a funky but awesome layout that is better than the pictures are able to show. Having an indoor and outdoor hot tub was a different experience that we enjoyed! The house was well stocked for a large group in the kitchen as well! Would absolutely return.
